Driven by a fondness for sophisticated modernist furniture, Emily’s collection combines sinuous forms and graceful curves with austere sculptural shapes, as precious leather meets sleek metal and elegance marries functionality. In an ode to Mid-century Modern designers such as Oscar Niemeyer, the body's relationship to chairs is reimagined as jewellery in a bold and referential collection, inviting the wearer to make a statement. Sensual as Le Corbusier’s Rocking Chair but playful as Eero Aarnio’s Ball Chair, Emily’s pieces evoke a luxurious mid-century dream.
